  !!!!UPDATE!!!! After this review, we were contacted by the dealership to resolved what had happened. We then decided to give them a second chance and decided to go again. We were greeted by Pierre, who profoundly apologized for what had happened on our first visit (even though he was not present that day). With his charisma, honesty and a good sense of humor, he won us over. He LISTENED to us and understood what we were looking for and he delivered! He is an amazing person with EXCELLENT customer service. There was nothing left to do but to go ahead and buy the SUV, everything went so smoothly, he even managed to get us a great deal. Because we are from Ottawa and we had to go back to pick up the SUV, he arranged to have us picked up at the airport and brought to the dealership. Due to the great experience with Pierre, I have decided to update my review from 1 star to a full 5 stars, you guys have a gem. We hope to do more business with Pierre in the future. Pierre, thank you so much for all of your help, we love our new SUV
